TAXES. Direct debit of bills.

Direct debit of periodic bills for IBI (property tax), IAE (tax on business activities), BAE (business waste collection tax), IVTM (road tax), Vehicle Entrance, Market and Street Market Tax, and Kiosk Task, charged to accounts open at deposit-taking institutions..

Who can request this?

Payers of the following taxes: IBI (property tax), IAE (tax on business activities), BAE (business waste collection tax), IVTM (road tax), Vehicle Entrance, Market and Street Market Tax, and Kiosk Task, for themselves or through a representative.

  • Applicable dates: twenty working days before the end of the voluntary payment period, except for the IVTM, which may be requested up to the final day of payment.
    Direct debit requests submitted after this date will take effect for the following tax period.
  • Delivery time: immediately, provided that the request is submitted at least twenty working days before the end of the voluntary payment period.

  • Benefits of direct debit:
      - This is a very convenient way to pay your taxes. You will not have to keep track of payment deadlines or wait to receive the letter of payment at your address, helping the environment. Your bills will be handled in a timely manner, thus avoiding late payment charges and interest.
      - The account will be charged on the final day of the payment period. Plus, for certain taxes, there are additional benefits such as charging the account in convenient instalments throughout the year or several months after the end of the voluntary payment period.
      - In the event of dispute, you will have eight weeks to request a refund of the bill from your financial institution.

    Procedure with digital certificate:
